Helping your customers keep plants happy (and alive)
We know that even the best-looking houseplants won’t sell if they don’t stick around. That’s why we’ve launched brand-new care cards, now included with every order.
Developed in-house alongside the brilliant team at Floramedia, these cards are designed specifically for the British market, with clear instructions in English and no unnecessary fluff. So whether you’re selling British-grown Calatheas or imported Cacti, your customers get the aftercare they need to succeed.
What’s Included
We’re starting with care cards for 9 of our best-selling plant types, focusing on the lines you’re most likely to stock. Each plant receives its own card, applied at the packing stage using a stabber directly in the pot, so it’s easy for garden centres to merchandise straight off the trolley.
British-grown lines also include a clean, unifying backing card championing sustainable British growing. Not only are they produced using sustainable forestry methods but they are also completely recyclable, cutting down on that plastic waste whilst still providing important information for your customer.
Together they provide clear information, help tie benches together and strengthen the display.
Why It Matters
We’ve heard the same frustrations: generic care guides, unclear instructions, and customers unsure what to do when they get their plant home. This fixes that. Whether it’s your staff needing quick reference or your customer wondering why their Orchid’s looking sad, these cards give practical, accessible advice, right where it’s needed.
They’re unbranded, subtle, and stylish. Perfectly sitting neatly on shelf edges or within existing benches.
What’s Next
This is just the start. We’ll continue to expand the range based on feedback and functionality, from adding new plant types to exploring digital formats. And if there’s a plant you’d love to see included, just give us a shout.
These cards are now live, already making their way into trolleys across the country.
Because confident customers come back.
