Account & Registration

How do I get an account?

Setting up an account is quick and simple, just click 'Register' at the top of this page and fill in the short form. Once that's done we will activate your account and you will get an email inviting you to set a password, then you can log in, see prices and place an order.

What is the minimum order?

You can order just one box, which is normally 12 plants! No need to fill a trolley.


How much does delivery cost?

All of the prices you see in our webshop include delivery, there are no extra hidden costs for anything.

When can I expect my delivery to arrive?

When you place your order you can choose your preferred delivery date, if that date isn't possible we will contact you to provide an alternative. If you order by 12pm then we can deliver the next working day.  

What time will my delivery be?

You can normally expect deliveries to be from 10am, you will receive up to date delivery information from our courier.

How do you pack your plants?

For small orders plants are packed in bespoke cardboard boxes designed specifically for the job. We have total confidence in this method as have delivered successfully over 500,000 plants in the carrier network, see how they look here. For larger orders we may deliver on trolleys, or pallets.

What if my plant is damaged?

Occasionally, accidents do happen. All our orders are guaranteed, so just send us a photo and any damage will be replaced immediately.
